What is PHESGLTP?

The Philippine Higher Education Student Government Leadership Program (PHESGLTP) is a specialized program created for the purposes to advance the student government and its performance in pursuit to quality and effective student services. It is a multi - approached program which uses instruments that are effective for student government to interact, share and learn experiences from other student leaders both high level and low level ranks. 

A qualified resource speakers are arranged to deliver inputs to the participants that are significant and useful in student governance. 

Upon completion of the program, the participants will be able to:

1. Recognize his role, obligation, authority and limitation as an elected student government officer;

2. Distinguish genuine cause or initiative for students' welfare and interest;

3. Well-verse on students' projects and advocacies through volunteerism efforts;

4. Address conflicts in the student organization;

5. Educate on the concepts of campus development and diplomatic relationship.
