Leadership Training Program
DATE & VENUE : May 5 to 7, 2012 at Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center,
Brgy. Doongan, Butuan City, Region XIII, Mindanao
THEME : Preparing Student Leaders to Excellence in Service and Commitment
OBJECTIVES :
(1) to enlighten student government officers as regards the various roles and responsibilities in handling student governance;
(2) to tune up their hearts and minds to the concepts of school development and diplomatic endeavors;
(3) to train them on various leadership strategies; and
(4) to address conflicts in student governance.
REGISTRATION FEE : Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php 6, 000. 00). Tax inclusive
FEE INCLUSIONS : May 5 to May 7 Hotel boarding, foods, T-shirt, bag, kits, materials, certificates and tour.
NOTES:
1. The Arrival, Registration, Belliting are all on May 5
from 7: 00 AM – 12: 00 NN.
2. The Opening Program starts at 1: 00 PM of May 5. The
Closing Program is on May 7.
3. Participant to arrive a day before May 5 is advised to
communicate with us to arrange his hotel boarding and accommodation.
THE EXPENSES TO BE INCURRED DURING HIS STAY SHALL BE THE
PARTICIPANT’S RESPONSIBILITY.
4. The Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center is a prominent
establishment in Butuan City. The boarding composes of 3 or 4 pax in a standard
room.
5. The commercial flight transaction is a daily business in
Butuan City through Cebu Pacific, Air Philippines and Philippine Airlines. From
Bancasi Airport in Butuan City, a public utility jeep (PUJ) can transport the
participant to the venue for a minimum fare of Php 15. 00.
6. For sea trip, the Nasipit Sea Port in Nasipit Municipality,
Agusandel Norte Province and Surigao City Sea Port in Surigao City, Surigao del
Norte Province are the entry points to Butuan City. From Nasipit Sea Port, a
public utility jeep can transport the participant to Butuan City for a
minimum fare of Php 30. 00 for about 30 minutes. From Surigao City Sea Port, a
van or Bachelor Express(bus) can carry the participant to Butuan City for a
minimum fare of Php 200. 00 for about 2 hours.
7. For land trip, Butuan City can be reached via Cagayan de
Oro City for about four (4) hours, and via Davao City for about eight (8)
hours.
8. Payment for registration can be made ahead of time. No personal
check is to be accepted. Official Receipt (OR) shall be issued at the venue.
9. The participant is expected to be in good health. For
special arrangement or restriction on foods, please communicate with us.
10. Hotel foods and services incurred by the participants
which are not covered by the Contract between the organizers and the Hotel
shall be paid by the participants.
11. Discount shall apply base on the actual date of transfer
of payment.
12. Payment is non – refundable but transferable.
13. Registration Fee is tax inclusive. Official Receipt (OR)
shall be issued by and under the name of Global Leaders Education and Advance
Management Services Inc.
